1.If you were famous what would your stage name be?
I wish I would have learned the importance of a balanced diet and the fitness routines that worked for my body. Having struggled with weight as a child to throughout my college years, I wish I would have took the initiative to learn earlier. Now that I have this education I am proud to be an American Heart Association Social Ambassador so I can teach others easy ways to stay healthy and fit.
2.If you would attend a celebrity wedding which, would it be?
The effects of trauma are so impactful for our future generation. 26% of children in the U.S. will witness or experience a traumatic event before they turn four. This ultimately effects their ability to reach their full potential, and I want to change that. I want to show children that they may not be able to write the beginning of their stories but they are the author of the rest of the book.
3.What is the weirdest gift you’ve ever received?
Traveling is my absolute favorite adventure that I share with my husband. We have traveled to 20 countries together. We love traveling the world and experiencing new cultures and cuisines. Through this passion I started my travel blog, Wanderlust Wifey so that I could share my adventures with family and friends. I feel blessed for the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, some that I even keep in contact with today.
4.What is the most random fact you know?
I have never felt so confident in my own skin as I do today at age 31. Not only am I a loving wife and proud mother, I am a successful entrepreneur of three businesses. Today I confidently say that I truly understand my purpose in life, which is sharing my story and helping children who are facing traumatic events. I know that this is only the beginning of the woman I have become.
